Mine continue to be missing. This error pops up whenever I enter the app, hit the profile button, or hit the check in tab. The other tabs / buttons do not trigger the warning. Does anybody have any suggestions? Full uninstall and reinstall did not fix this. I've had to go back to printing a boarding pass for every flight.

Hello, Recently my Southwest app has stopped populating any upcoming reservations entirely. This functionality was working well about a month ago, but now it seems to be broken. I have booked 4 flights since this error has shown up, and none of them have populated properly. I am able to see these flights on the website attached with my RR number. I tried uninstalling the app entirely and reinstalling. I also tried logging out and logging back in. See the image below for the exact error code accompanying the general catch all error 500999999 This is on an iPhone 10S Max running iOS 13.1.3
