The way Southwest is handling the Coronavirus is unacceptable. Travel vouchers for 6 months! Yes, I was told 6 months. That’s terrible! We should get a full refund. Yes this is out of their control but having my trip canceled is out of my control too. I used to be a loyal Southwest customer but not anymore. For a company who prides themselves on customer service, this is not how to treat your customers.
