I sat on hold for 2 hours and 5 minutes listening to your hold message and trying to make a change to an upcoming flight. I heard what sounded like an agent finally answering my call at which point THE CALL WAS DROPPED! I was on hold for over two hours. This is ridiculous!!!!!! I expect better from Southwest. Note: I also tried to make changes on line and continued to receive an error message. I assume your site is not functioning correctly. However, to have me on hold for two hours and then an agent drops my call is unacceptable!
