Southwest MUST make an exception given the epidemic for travel funds/vouchers that expire soon!!!! WAIVE the $100 reduction fee!! Is it OUT of our control!! We must continue to push for this! It isn’t fair and southwest can absolutely recover with government assistance!!! Why is SW not acting now????
