I love the response that anything under a 5 hour delay is good and all airlines have delays.....that doesn't "fly" with me....perhaps they can use covid as an excuse but every leg of my round trip flight has been delayed and no.....this is NOT happening on all airlines......just eventually getting me to my destination isn't good enough .....flying half the day with SW ain't cutting it....

Seems like on time departures are a thing of the past now. I work in the freight business and if our plane leaves a minute late there's a ton of paperwork and emails... I'm on the 3rd leg of my 11 hour trip (should of been home 4 hours ago) now since previous flight was an hour late earlier resulting in a missed connection....this is really bad customer service ....still sitting in LAS for a short trip to OAK....the delay will probably be longer than the flight. smh

my 6/15 BWI to CLT flight had 2 loud Trumpers on board PRIOR to even sitting down shouting it was their right not to wear masks....flight attendent didnt say a thing to them

I am throwing in the towel with SW. Depart 30 minutes late, land and sit another 20 minutes waiting for available gate....everyone on board with connecting flights have to rebook... This airline has no consideration about passengers ....flight on 6/15 from BWI to CLT mask rule wasn't enforced Guess they dont care a out our health either....maybe if you have a direct nonstop you might get to where your going on time....pitiful
