What troubled me is when I saw the Flight Crew risking contaminating a plane load of people.   A 737-700 without masks probably has a higher death rate than a 737-MAX with masks.   Please put people that choose to not wear a mask on a no-fly list. ... View more

Enforcing the mask policy does create an additional burden on the flight attendants.   The flight crew is there for our safety, aren't they?  Being safe does take extra effort during these times.   My gripe is that they (SW employees) should lead by example.  Moving your mask to cover your nose only when close to another is helping spread the disease, not prevent the spread of it.  Even worse is to wear it with your nose exposed.   I'm seeing about 1/2 of the ground crew and 1/3 of the flight crew do exactly that.   Not good.  Bad. ... You verify the Android version, and check the requirements stated for the app.   Your device meets the requirements (Android 6.0 or newer) and it still won't install.   What's up with that? ... View more

The official story is that the app requires Android Version 6 or above.   It will not load on a device with Android 6.0.1 - the official story is incorrect.   It's not nice when you try to retrieve your boarding pass and get blocked by this.   That's what you get when the coding is done by the lowest bidder.     ...
