Thanks for your comment. The link automatically copies the entire string. As you may have noticed I stated that I used three different browsers to try, so I did actually copy and paste the entire string with no success. I am well versed in PC software and hardware but am stumped by this issue.

Although I not able to get any browser to connect using the t.iluvsouthwest.com link I was able to register using my RR profile. So the problem of connecting using the link is still not solved.

When boarding a flight from STL to CUN last week I asked a passenger if the seat next to him was taken. He said it was and further stated that the seat was reserved. He then flash a boarding pass that did indeed have printed on it reserved seat. I thought it was all open seating. Can someone explain this? also can some one list the exact protocols for ORDER of boarding? Such as "A preferred, then A 16-30 then family, etc. Thanks,

I have received emails to register for 2x tier credits. the hyperlink refers to https://t.iluvsouthwest.com But it will not connect. I have tried three different browsers with no success. FF Chrome and IE Any suggestions?

The program is good when it works. Like some of the above I've been answering surveys for years, but lately several surveys keep you on for forty or fifty questions/pages and as much as forty minutes, AND THEN DISCONNECT AND SAY THAT YOU DO NOT QUALIFY! So, I installed a page counter and copier and went to the site and several times aske for full credit claimed their customer (the survey was a cheat and fraud. So they suspended my account. I'll be contacting SWA soon.
