Customer Relations told me too bad! Finally offered a limited time travel voucher MINUS $100. I realize they have already made exceptions to their rules but these CONTINUE to be unprecedented times. They are doing everything they can to get people up into their airplanes EXCEPT treating their loyal customer base with utmost consideration.

I had a very similar situation and missed the important cancellation date by 3 days since I would have to quarantine for 14 days where I was going. Thus NO extension to 2022 even though other credits from that same reservation number were extended. So, $257 just DISAPPEARED from my account. Customer relations said too bad, and with further discussion then offered a limited time voucher MINUS $100. Long -time Southwest customer and very angry. These are unprecedented times and they are doing everything they can to get people up into their airplanes EXCEPT treating their loyal customer base with utmost consideration. All I was hoping for was the same outcome of a 2022 expiration for the entire amount.

Has also happened to me and the online system does not allow me to make the change myself. They tell me this has something to do with price differences when I go in to re-book myself. I realize they are shifting flights due to less travel, but every time I call, I can re-book on a flight that is almost identical to what "the computer" replaced with three stops and 12 hours of travel time.

I realize we have a new "NORM" but on three occasions Southwest has taken my direct flight for 5 hours and changed it to THREE stops, then my destination and 10 hours. They keep telling me 'the computer' makes the change and puts you on the most similar flight. Then I call and wait on hold because the system will not allow me to re-book it online and I end up with an almost identical flight to my original flight, with maybe 1 stop and an hour extra. Wish the computer techs could re format these changed flights. Very frustrating for something that seems like an easy fix.
