I finished mine at about 11:30 , 11:40 AM PST around that gap on May 13. It was definitely after the 10 hour mark PST but I’ve submitted it. I got the confirmation at 11:43 AM that I my application was received and another email on May 20 about waiting for an recruiter and that was the last I’ve ever hear back. Thanks ! I did go back and check all folders including deleted emails and yet to receive an email from a recruiter. I did receive an email May 20 of what to expect and to look out for a recruiter being one of the applicants. However still nothing, and on the dashboard it says, “Received Submission” so perhaps I may receive something in some time but as of now I have not gotten anything from a recruiter.
