Southwest changed my daughters’ flight from the 10th to the 9th, without our prior consent and authorization. I’ve been on hold for 50 minutes. This is all just ridiculous. Is this horrible customer service normal for southwest?

My daughters’ flight to San Francisco was moved from June 10th to the 9th, without our prior consent. That is unacceptable.
i tried to call southwest, but was put on hold for 40 minutes, without any assistance.
somebody needs to call me.
