Hello SWA Community!   I have recently got a continent offer for the Ramp Agent position in Chicago. I have completed my Quest Diagnostics Drug Screening and have received and email stating that the SWA Employment Screening will begin my background check. The email stated that I may receive an email from USPS for another background check but I haven't heard anything back from either department. It has been a little over 2 weeks and would just like to know if that is normal.    Any feedback on this hiring process would help!    Can't wait to join the SWA Family!   Thank you! - Hanna  ... Hello SWA Community!   I've been applying to the most recent job openings here in Chicago! I couldn't help but notice how fast the the jobs here come and go. I apply the minute the jobs are posted because I am aware that The Southwest Careers Team reviews applications in the order in which they are submitted. However, I have received a couple of emails stating they will no longer be moving forward with my application because they had too many, even though I had applied seconds after the listing appeared. Hello SWA Community!   I noticed that application process is much shorter than my first time applying to a career with Southwest. Did something change?
