It is not a matter of what Southwest will or won't accept. It is a matter of what LA will or won't accept. http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/media/coronavirus/traveladvisory.htm Unless the federal mask mandate is rescinded by your date of travel, Southwest will require all passenger age 2 and up to be masked.
