I’m sure you’ll get something sometime this week! I know each station is different. Ive read some stations did badging before their start date, and some did badging on their first day! Also, I think i’ll be seeing you in Dallas since we have the same start date! 🙂

Quick update: Today I got a call to schedule and appointment for badging. I scheduled it for tomorrow! And my first day of training is next Monday (May 2nd)🙏🏻🙌🏻

Your title is absolutely true lol! I received an email on 03/11 stating my employment screening was complete and I was now waiting for a start date. I did not receive my start date until 04/13 for May 2nd🙌🏻 I checked my email every day and every hour. But Congratulations hope you hear back very soon!!!!!

Me😭 I cleared my employment screening on 03/14 and I received an email saying that they’d contact me with a start date… it’s going to be a month on Thursday since that email. Hoping to hear something this week.

Congratulations!!! What was your timeline like? Or how long did you have to wait for a start date? I received an email 03/14 (almost a month now😭) after all my things cleared stating I was just waiting for a start date. Please let us know how training goes as well, best of luck!

I cleared my background not too long ago. I received an email before my background check started and it stated “Sterling, a Consumer Reporting Agency” was reporting public info to report to Southwest.

I received an email on 3/14 letting me know I was complete w/ the screening process and waiting for a start date. I don’t have any phone numbers in any emails since the hiring process began but I emailed two recruiters on 3/29 and still haven’t heard anything. I’m aware that the hiring process is pretty lengthy…Just excited and anxious to start working already, lol. Anyone recently hired or in process for the position of CSA in San Diego?

I haven’t yet 😕 Last contact I have was the email (on 03/14) pending the start date. I know one person who interviewed the same day as me but had a delay (about 2-3 days behind from where I was in the hiring process) in her* hiring process since she didn’t have a form of ID uploaded on her app and she still hasn’t heard back from her background being cleared . But I sent a follow up email to just check in and was told i’m still waiting on a start date. So i’m sure they want us to all start together as the next hiring class. But your next step is that you’ll receive an email with a start date, so hopefully you get yours soon!

I received an email this Monday (3/14) stating, that I completed the employment screening and was waiting for another email for a start date. I know someone who was also hired with me but they just completed their fingerprints/drug test this week. So i’m thinking i’m waiting for all new hires to complete the screening process so they can start us all at the same time. As far as training, I read that you’ll train at your station/airport first for 2 weeks then you’ll leave to Texas!
