The pilots simulator is nice,but yes it's only for pilots! They also have a setup for flights attendant, and u can ask if you can do a walk through. If you are a CSA They have setup a full terminal so you can do that fully functional. They do have a simulator for ramp, but they didn't have enough time to go through it. @CeceGirl29 when it get closer they will send more info. Just be patient it's coming they are doing alot of hiring right now. I did reach out to onboarding with a email and they emailed me back with all the onboarding information. If not be patience it's coming. This week or next week as your start date get close.

Got you so 2-3 weeks of traing at the your airport. Now for the Hotel ramp and csa are in the Crown plaza, pilots and flight attendants are at the Sheraton. I know the next class is going this Sunday! Congratulations and welcome to the family!

The ramp test isn't hard, you just need to take notes listen, and they will help you get through it. From their you will have continuous training as a ramp agent. SWA pride their self on the training you need to be successful!

I have to say I was nervous at first, but from the station to corporate in Dallas it is welcoming! If you decide to go with SWA it will be your best decision!

Today was first day for onboarding! Tuesday is the first day of class for ramp. I took the tour of HQ, and that was fun so much information about HQ!

So for us in OAK they offer discounts for bart which is are rail transportation. But I was told once you get your badge u can apply for the discount.

Yes you will train at the airport, and then after about 2-3 weeks, then tou would head over to Dallas for more traing. Of you are going for CSA tou will be in dallas for 2weeks. Hope that helps!

Just need the 3 letters, but one way I study was by breaking them down like MCO. Micky corporate office which is Orlando FL. I did it for the airports codes that did not make sense it also was fun to do! Hope that makes sense, but u only need to know the 3 letters to the cities airports. Good luck u will have fun, and u will pass 💯!!!!

First day everyone was in the same class CSA/Ramp, and cargo. On the second day they broke the group up ramp and cargo in 1 room and CSA in another room. Before DAL everyone will do OJT on the job training. The big test is CITY CODES!!! LEARN THE CITY CODES FIRST WEEK U WILL HAVE A TEST ON THEM!!!! I scored a 94 percent you need 80 percent to pass so good luck, and smile and have fun!!!!

Your start date will be in class, getting your email, login for SWAlife that's are website. You will do classes and videos first 2weeks if you're a CSA or Ramp on week then OJT with ur trainer. Whoever is your trainer u will work his schedule until Dallas!
