Aloha,
This is just a follow up on my pre-employment experience...
So far I have received a virtual interview on (6/16/2022)
Completed fingerprint and drug-screen and completed them on (6/22/2022)
and just yesterday I talked to a contractor who needed some help on dates with my employment history. I ended up providing direct deposits as proof instead It should have went through him for sure as they were ss.
Idk, I was really nervous going into this process but these people are willing to help you..
SWA is a family I'm still looking forward to being apart of...
Currently I am waiting patiently as I have read from many posts before of the timeline of receiving the offer. However, I understand the amount of patience is ahead of me.
Wish you all the best.

My virtual interview was AWESOME! My recruiter and manager were easy going and made me feel wanted in the call and kept me well intrigued! We had a slight change and eventually turned into a “phone interview” because the lack of my microphone reception wasn’t clear on their side. (So reminder to keep a pen and paper nearby!) I ended up calling his office phone.
They asked me a couple of questions on my history, why and also what was my end result with southwest.
We’ve talked about my work experience and education, as well as company and job description.
For anyone feeling nervous, keep your resume memorized or by hand is best practice. Eat a good breakfast morning of and keep a pen and notebook paper by just in case any mishaps. You’ll be fine! This is my first step in the process of getting hired into the position of a full time Material Specialist. Wish me luck on my career, and soon will keep you updated and if there is any questions let me know!
As I wish you all the best on your end!
Aloha
