my first day is 11/28 also but I’m not CS. after I got my start date on last week, yesterday I got a email to do my app for the SIDA badge. Now I’m just waiting on them to give me the go to take the assessment and badge picture and the link to book the flight.

Transportation will be provided. I believe they will give you some type of Lyft credits to get from the airport to hotel but during training a shuttle will pick u up from the hotel.

Yes they do. I don’t think they will be hiring for it anytime soon. They just hired about 5-600 people back in July. They are finally down to their last training class of the year.

I wanted to know would it be other positions besides customer service in the training classes? I just got a CJO on last week and haven’t received anything else yet. The remote positions have been closed. I believe they took in about 27000 applications in June or July I believe and only hired about 500-800 ppl.
