try other positions and if you get hired .. after 6 months you can move to the department that you want to work for .. there might have been a lot of people hired as a CSA agent that's why you got a rejection letter .. not too sure exactly .. 😕

Southwest Airlines have their own employees in Hawaii .. I myself is an employee of SWA here in HNL station .. I work in the ramp .. just look at our Job Hiring page (https://careers.southwestair.com/ ) and I heard that they will be hiring more people next year .. just watch out for that ..

I applied on the careers website of SWA .. after applying for the position 10 minutes later I got an invitation to have a virtual interview and after getting interviewed I got a CJO. you guys might get the schedule for the interview before the hiring event arrives ..

I am also from Oahu, Hawaii and currently in the process of getting my SIDA badge and I will be starting on the 31st of October. I will be working in the ramp and as for the CSA position I don't know what the hiring process will be and I think it should be the same thing as any other airport positions for SWA.

as long as you have good record you're good to go .. if you have 3 or more traffic violations I think you're disqualified .. that's what I heard from the interviewer ..
