So excited! This evening I received an email stating that SWA is pleased to be moving me forward in their hiring process. They sent a link for me to visit my Candidate Home account to acknowledge the contingent offer letter. However, the link just took me to the Careers page and when I was finally able to log into the "Dashboard" there was no contingent offer of employment, only the previous positions to that which I have applied.
I am unable to review and acknowledge my contingent offer letter. Does anyone have any insight as to who I may contact to resolve this?
