Hi I too am starting on 11/14 and as of today it says "Onboarding in Progress" but inactive and also in Red. So I just emailed and left a message for the recruiter. I too am a little confused but hoping that I get an email from Onboarding Department soon.

Hi! I am super excited to be starting a new career after 25+ years of working in the same industry. I will be working as a CSA and was wondering when I should receive onboarding information for my first day, so I can plan accordingly as far as what to wear etc. My anticipated start day is 11/14. Any tips would be really appreciated. 🙂
