Hello. My flight was cancelled 4 times and I am requesting a full refund. I have tried multiple times to contact Southwest customer service over the phone, but every time i am about to be transferred to an operator the call drops. Other times the call does not even go through. And when the call does finally go through, I am put on hold with no one to answer the call. I have been on hold for 10 hours, 4 hours, and 2 hours. I am a patient person but this is very unacceptable.
