Hi there SWA family! I recently got my COJ and am having some urgent trouble with scheduling for the DOT drug testing! I got my fingerprint/background appointment scheduled, but I cannot find any openings for the drug testing near me. My Q-Quest bar-code expires 4/21 at 12pm Central time but I am 2 hours behind in Pacific time. I contacted HR and human resources department yesterday as well as when they opened this morning and they were helpful in letting me know that they will have someone reach out to me and that my request as been pushed up to urgent needs. My question is, is it possible to get that rescheduled? Has anyone else had these issues before and were they resolved? I don't want to ruin this opportunity due to this scheduling issue. I am kinda in panic mode! Let me know asap if anyone has advice. I also cant find an email for a recruiting agent.
