Thank goodness for email notifications! I got an alert that over 50k points was redeemed for a TV today.
I called Southwest and reported the fraud and got a case number.
They said in order to get my points back I need to call the Rewards department to cancel order. Of course by the time I call the office is closed. 8-5pm CST.
The hacker changed the address in my profile so I can see where they would be sending to. I never got a notification on that update!
Really hope I’m able to stop them from getting a TV and I get all my points back.
