Is the oversize rule still waived for ski and snowboards? What I found on the Southwest website states:
"If the item of sporting equipment exceeds 50 pounds in weight or 62 inches in size (outside length plus height plus width), excess weight and size charges will apply."
And there is no mentioning of oversize exempt for ski/snowboards anymore. Can someone confirm whether we'll still be charged oversize fee for checking in ski/snowboards bags that are over 62in in total dimension?
