Hi Bea, I just had a call-back from a Southwest claims rep because I emailed them for the same reason (misleading* UI on points transfer). They weren't able to refund me the points or money - but said they would take my feedback to their marketing team to fix UI issues that I found with their mobile app. I was un-aware that this misleading practice has been happening for years - so I didn't pursue it further. But I actually have proof - that there is no clear disclosure of cost-per points on their mobile UI compared to the fine-print on their browser. Let me know if you want to follow-up on this and I can share my screenshots with you, because I think this is a clear case of turning the blind eye...
