Our Campus Reach Team oversees Southwest's internships, and they work with Teams throughout the Company to identify which Teams are open to hosting an Intern, the responsibilities of an Intern on those Teams, and the full details of what a Spring Internship with Southwest would look for them. This conversations are ongoing now, to be shared and open for applications September 1 – September 15, 2024.
