6% of the US population is gluten-intolerant. I feel that in order to be more inclusive, there should be a gluten-free snack option in-flight. It doesn't even have to be free--I know that people would be willing to shell out a few bucks just to have a snack option that they can actually eat!

I would like to see Southwest recognize A-List Preferred members by allowing them to board in between A and B groups, and before A-List members. I don't have a problem boarding after military personnel and such, just thought this would be a good incentive/recognition.

Wouldn't it be great to know your lifetime miles flown on Southwest? I think it would be really cool if we could see that as a feature on our profiles as Rapid Rewards members.
