I booked a flight for me and my brother. This is my first time booking for 2 people under my account, and I thought I can use the same rapid reward number for my brother as well. When I try clicking on Earlybird checkin, the phrase "account number in passenger information list should not contain duplicates" pops up. I realized that it was the rapid reward number causing this, and I thought I could change in by managing traveler details, however it wouldn't. So I wanted to know if this error will affect our regular check-in? If this issue can be resolved through customer service (chat or phone)? And if we will still end up receiving points?
