That is entirely true. If you do not cancel before 10 minutes prior to your flight's departure, it is subject to the No Show Policy. Under this policy, all funds on the confirmation number will be forfeitted (even the return flight, so BE CAREFUL!!).

You absolutely can! Whenever you part in a lower fare, you receive the difference in the form of a travel credit. It will be located on your confirmation number. Make sure you complete travel by that expiration date though!!!

The Rapid Reward Program is designed to be an individual flier rewards program and each person must have their own account. However, one passenger's points can be used to purchase flights for another other passenger, as long as this purchaser's account has enough to cover the entire one way flight.

If that's the case, There is an Upgraded Boarding option! Once at the gate, you can request this benefit at the counter. If there are any positions available, it will be a cost of either $30 or $40 and you will receive a new boarding position between A1 and A15.

The benefit of this Rapid Reward Program is that the Companion Pass Program is something that anyone can earn- not exactly a Tier. The two tiers are AList and AList Preferred, but the Companion Pass Program can be earned through Rapid Rewards Credit Card expenditure as well as completed flights.

Your points do not expire as long as there is accrual activity in your account. If you go a full 24 months without earning points, your account will deactivate and all remaining points will be forfeited.

It depends. If you have the Rapid Rewards Chase Plus Card, you will not earn any points towards AList status. If you have the Rapid Rewards Premier Card, you will earn a 1,500 point bonus towards your AList Tier Qualifying balance for every $10,000 spent with that card. The maximum amount of Tier Qualifying Points you can earn through this method is 15,000 points.

Once you get to your gate, you can request a benefit called Upgraded Boarding at the counter. It will cost either $30 or $40 and will allow you to change your boarding pass to one in A1-A15 if those positions are still available!
