This is a wonderful expansion of service---thank you! Southwest has 2 features that make it my preferred airline where ever there is a route: the ability to change reservations without a penalty: sooo wonderful, because life is complicated and the offer of some flexibility is just plain humane! Second, the free bags : this is the best thing for kids going to school away from home--contributes to peaceful family relations.
