This "apology", while slightly better than the "not so silent bob" posting, is still not an apology. How about owning the actions of the employees?
I for one will never fly southwest again. While I can easily fit in one airplane seat, I could certainly stand to lose a few pounds, and I don't want to be the one to be singled out and ridiculed like the poor woman who sat next to Kevin on the flight he did finally take home.
