I would like to echo the thoughts above. Reduced the size of the navigation buttons on the right so the viewer doesn't have to scroll to find everything. I'd like My Southwest at the top too. I use it every time I visit the site.
I like the Travel Alert in the top banner area.
LUV the idea of posting customers travel pictures.
