We sure are upset about the elimination of NON-STOP FLIGHTS FROM WASHINGTON DULLES TO ORLANDO. Southwest Airlines will lose our business over that route change. We fly regularly from DC to Orlando and flights are always full it seems, so we were surprised to see the non-stop flights eliminated to Orlando. Again, it is a great disappointment to us as we were happy customers. Now, we will have to use JetBlue or another competitive carrier. Pointless to fly on Southwest now as we would have to fly from DC to Chicago - and then change planes to Orlando. No way to that route change!
