I, too, am a very disappointed loyal SW customer. Exclusively flown SW since 1993, Chase RR user, A-List, Companion pass holder for 8 years. Have six kids that are SW flyers also. We use your airline for everything--weddings, graduations, grandchildren, etc. These trips, made possible by RR flights, will simply not be possible in the future. You are stopping the use of RR tickets for last minute flights to be of service to other people. I beg you to re-consider and at least tweak some of the issues that people are concerned about. I have a masters degree and this is way too complicated!! I own SW stock and have loved the books NUTS. It does really feel like you have lost your way recently. Don't try to be like the other airlines. The freedom you so boldly say you give to people to move about the country is being lost!!

I flew to Denver after April 1 and was told I could not use RR drink coupon for a Monster drink. I was very disappointed. No reason was given when I asked why to the flight attendant. It makes no sense. Very poor customer relations to a long time loyal customer. Please, please, re-consider this crazy idea or give us some other non-alcoholic perk for all the hundreds of dollars we spend!!

I tried to order a Monster drink with RR coupons and was rather curly told no, cannot use drink coupons for a Monster drink. I asked why not, and was given no answer at all, just that I could buy it on a credit card. All I could think of was, "this is no way to treat a loyal 10 year customer, rr member, a-lister, and companion pass holder!! My husband and I don't drink and Monster was a great and valued option--instead of just buying everyone around us drinks all the time! Something for the loyal teetooler!! I am VERY disappointed in this short sighted poor customer service. Please re-consider this very poor idea.
