Thank Goodness! A new airline, ExpressJet, will begin direct flights between New Orleans and Birmingham in April.

Hopefully, ExpressJet, a new spinoff from Continental, will offer the direct flights from Bham to NOLA that Southwest no longer provides. I am surprised to see Southwest surrender an obvious niche market. Southwest has really disappointed me with their new "hub thinking".

When will you bring back at least one of the non-stop flights from Birmingham to New Orleans? There used to be 6 per day. Now none at all. Please bring back those flights.
