Not everyone, of course, will access onboard wi-fi, so a la carte pricing is the fairest way to go. Let those who use it pay for it. Building it into your fare structure will force those of us who won't use it to subsidize those who will. When you serve the city I need to get to, I fly always book on Southwest - primarily because of the fares, plus the comfort on board and would not be happy to see the fares increased to include extras. I'm happy to pay for a drink or sandwich - or wifi - anytime I'm so moved. Please don't inflate your ticket pricing to include wifi.
