Overall I think Southwest is making a big mistake. Points?? Are you kidding me. It's like the Microsoft points scam for the Xbox, intentionally confusing to profit the company. SW just went from company with a cult like following and customer base to another typical corporate monster. Can't wait for other new "improvements". Alaska is getting my business now.
