THANK YOU Southwest Airlines for sticking to principle and making everyone's travel the best it can be. No one wants to be stuck in discomfort on any flight. Poor Kevin, who has a policy of purchasing 2 seats, should know better than getting mad and insulting the one true airline left to the serve the people. Just because he had airline rage does not give him the opportunity to go on a rant and bash.
No offense to those who are obese but please either change your lifestyle or purchase more seats because its not fair to the rest of the people who have to suffer.
Southwest Airlines has always been first class, on time, and kind to me. Thank you for the quality service
