I thought of the SmartPhone thing too, I really wanted to have it on my Kindle, but TSA requires the paper so they can sign off on it 😞 Would save me a bunch having to print it out when I do not have a printer. Plus I would not misplace it.
The single page thing is a great idea. I had been thinking the same thing, the blank 2nd page was bad.
