Read the article making news about the Southwest flight attendant who had a passenger arrested for telling her to "stop bitching". Did she think she had the right not to be offended? It's petty and Southwest's inability to recognize when their employees overstep their authority is a cautionary tale. A judge dismissed the charge against the passenger, but who's going to dismiss the bad press? We already have to put up with TSA agents in need of proper training, why should the public put up with it from airline staff? We don't, we can choose to fly with another airline, until Southwest retrains its staff.
