the refunding of the second seat purchased (if the flight does not oversell)
Ok, I've re-read this portion a half dozen times, and I'm still getting "We will refund you your purchase if we feel like it." Because surely you do not believe that whether a Flight oversells is within the Customer's Control?
I wasn't on the Flight with Kevin Smith. I don't know if the Armrests were up or down, if he was infringing on another Customer's Space more than Mr. I'm-an-Important-Businessman-I-get-the-Armrests' Elbows do, or if someone on that particular Flight just has Issues with Customers of Size -- or with Kevin Smith. But ultimately, it doesn't matter.
Your Customer of Size Policy does not affect me. Your Customer Service does. I had been pricing Flights for an upcoming Trip, and your 'wanna get away' Prices were certainly attractive, but I had concerns about the Restrictions. It was unclear to me what might happen if Circumstances beyond my Control prevented a connecting Flight from leaving as scheduled resulting in a missed Connection. Thank you for removing the Temptation!
