I just don't get those that are upset that you might charge for this service. You've got the lowest fares, free bags, fun & friendly staff - I will happily pay for WiFi. Considering the fact that SW had to invest for the equipment, installation, maintenance and monthly fees ... yeah, I'll buck up for it.
Those that don't want to ... let them pay more for their ticket AND for their luggage on another airline for their "free WiFi".
