Hi from Australia, good to see the humour and I am always impressed with the customer service and culture of the airline when I am in your country.
My question:
Why are pants, trousers, jeans, overalls, etc all plural, but shirt, jacket , vest, coat are all singular? We have 2 legs and 2 arms?
