I have met Colleen several times at some of the chili cook-offs we have had and she has always been wonderful. But my best story about Colleen is when I sent her an e-mail (that I knew she probably would not read) thanking her for the Heart Necklace she sent me for Valentines Day. I explained to her I had a grandson that had some disabilities, one of which is he does not see anything but shapes and shadows or bright colors such as red and yellow. A few days later (3), I received a fed-ex box with a bundle of necklaces and a hand written note telling me she hoped these would help. I cried. I do not know any other company president that would take time out of their day to personally write a note and send a fed-ex with plastic necklaces in it. I meant the world to me. Thank You Colleen.
