I have sat by people FAR heavier than Mr. Smith on Southwest flights, and no employee has ever shown an ounce of care about my comfort (or theirs). That, coupled with the fact that the last three Southwest flights I have been on (since 2007) were delayed by over an hour each means that I will not fly your airline anymore. It's obvious to me that you don't care about your customers so much as your reputation and bottom line.
I have the feeling that if you keep going in the direction you are going, both will steadily decline.
