Most have figured it out by now: The actual Wi-Fi costs are modest but the collection costs are outrageous. In addition to the initial collections are all the returns folks will do making the whole process more expensive! The airline would just about need a provider who would let the user fees carry over for more than one day or leg of a flight or both. All told, it is probably best business to bundle it in and not go to the expense of the collections debacle. I am one who would pass on the service due to the basic inconvenience and the security exposure of paying while in a public venue.
