Well, first of all, I hope the accusations I have heard on both GMA and NPR that you were flying unsafe 737s is false. I am an airplane enthusiast, and have always loved and supported Southwest. I hope that this was just another case of the media blowing a story out of porportion, and I am seing WN as innocent until proving guilty. I will always love WN!

Well, first of all, thanks for another great trip, WN! My nonstop to MCO was great, and my PHL and MHT legs were great as well! Im kinda sad that MHT and PHL didn't have the new gates. But, at least MCO had some of the new features. I don't know what the problem with the gate agent saying "A1-30, A31-60 etc." is. All three of mine did, and the boarding process went quite smoothly. Although, with the gates equipped with the temporary "spinning letter poles," the letters were never spun. They always said "C." I hope to see the fully decked-out new gates this summer!

First of all, those gates look AWESOME! ANd, I'm flying to MCO tomorrow, and I was wondering if the new gates are already in MHT? I really hope they are. If not, does anyone know when the gates in MHT will be retrofitted? Thanks in advance!

I think this is great! Some people say Southwest is so behind in the tech, but I don't see United testing wireless. While I think it is a good idea to charge for the wireless, just because of bandwidth issues, I also think that we should keep with Southwest's tradition of not nickel-and-diming, which keeps me flying with you guys. So I dunno. Great idea though!

Wow. I didn't know you could even have 3 bags in the first place. I thought 2 was maximum. And $25 for the third is still quite reasonable! United charges $25 for the SECOND BAG now! Go Southwest!

I'm so sorry that you had bad luck with Southwest in Manchester. I have flown countless flights on Southwest out of MHT, and have always dealt with pleasant, bright people. I was flying to MCO on Christmas Eve one night, and someone was in a Santa suit giving out candy canes! I hope you can give WN at MHT another chance!
