I don't think Kevin Smith deserved an apology from Southwest. If he has so little self control, he needs to rethink how he lives his life.
I do not enjoy traveling on an airplane if I am forced to sit beside a fat person. They occupy some of my personal space because of how big they are.
Keep your policy like it was Southwest, and don't apologize when you don't have to!!
