Hey Southwest,
Please, Please put back the restrooms before putting the plane back in service it just might be hard without them. Hook up the AC also.
I do want to comment on how valuable it it to us flyers that Southwest goes to all the trouble to show us whats going on in the southwest world.
Just like the Airline program which came back on last weekend, it is just great that we are able to see the interworkings of our favorite and only Airline for travel.
I especially want to say how glad I am that I could book in early May for a trip to Houston in September,
By be;ing alble to plan so far in advance I was able to do planning for other trips, Sorry Southwest but we are going to drive to Boston, instead of flying, then again hmm maybe I should look at flying instead.
Thanks JACSR

Brian,
I was looking back at some of your posts and saw this one about SWA's support ofr the military.
As a Vietnam era Vet who is slightly disabled I am glad to see the support, and again I have to say I am not really suprised at the support.
Thanks from a VET.

Brian,
I decided to check the blog's today and boy am I glad, this Blog site is one great idea, I love it.
Like most people I go by my first experience on anything and that sets my opinion until the next experience.
Our first experience last September had ups and downs but our frineds at SWA, sold us on SWA, as far as we are concerned.
Yes I have seen the line up for boarding, like cars at the raceway, but no matter how you assign the seating by A,B,C or preselecting you will still have the same result.
People are people and just like driving on interstates they are all in a hurry.
As far as SWA versus Jet Blue, I can't comment becasue I have never flown Jet Blue other than to say they just don't have enough flight availability, and I don't want to drive two hours to an airport to catch a flight.
Southwest is doing just fine, please don't change a thing..... that is unless you can get the Dallas Cheerleaders to work the flights also. Just kidding wow this will really get me in trouble with the spouse.
One other thing where is the Airline show, I really liked it, what a novel idea put a show on the air and let the public decide about SWA.
The thing I liked especially was no matter that SWA was right or wrong they aired it and let the public decide, ofcourse I wouldn't expect anything less from SWA.
See you all in September for our next visit to Houston.

Thank You Southwest Employees,
We took our first flight in fifteen years to Houston Hobby, in late September returning October 2, 2006.
Here are the results:
Albany NY, Luggage check in, (what is this thing we have to get our luggage tags at?) Customer service reps at counter fantastic.
Gate attendant Chris absolutely astounded us with his friendliness, and helpufull attitude.
Albany NY to Baltimore MD, and first stop and a change of planes, flight attendants Happy, cheerful, great communicators and just generally funny.
Baltimore MD, on another plane, Ok the snacks and peanuts were great, the attendants left us with a wonderful feeling, gee I guess we just have to fly Southwest from now on.
Houston, spent a week, saw NASA, great discount with rapid rewards card, saw Rice University, (my wife got to see our sons office at Rice).
Spent time at Kemah Beach, did the malls, our son had a project list for his new home in Houston, and before we knew it it was time to go back to upstate NY.
We left Houston Hobby on Monday October 2, at 3:35 PM, to Chicago, again the flight attendants made it all worth while, the Captain kept us up dated on the Flight during it, we were sad to get off in Chicago.
Snafu, Weather turned Bad, flights delayed and more delayed and all Flights cancelled out of Chicago, about 10:30 pm, so we ended up staying in the terminal over night, the personnel of the airport not frinedly at all, imagine they wanted to provide cots and line them up head to toe, and insist that we stay in concourse A.
Southwest to the rescue they rebooked our flight no extra cost and then they offered a voucher for a room overnight, we decided to stay at the airport and fly out Tuesday at 0600 am.
Finally the weather cooperated and we were on our way back to Albany, via Baltimore.
Oops, we arrived in Albany at about 10:00 Am on Tuesday but our luggage didn't, Michelle in baggage claims was so great helping us, she even gave up her lunch to help all of us. (Another case of great Southwest Employees--more like friends)
12:30 HURRAY the next plane arrived from Chicago and our luggage also.
We loaded and headed onto the ny state thruway, towards home.
As we drove home my wife and I discussed the entire trip, and the fact that without the caring attitude of the southwest employees (friends), it would have been much worse, we thank each and every one of you, forgive me if I didn't remember your name or name's, you know who you are. You made a differrence in our attitude about flying.
As we drove west on the thruway my wife had tears in her eyes as she saw the sign for our hometown
Thak You,.

I and my spouse are about to have our first travel experience since 1991.
Why you may ask?
Our youngest recenlty moved to Houston to teach.
Well I did all the discount sites for flights and kept being told by friends and coworker's look at Southwest. (they should be wearing southwest colors)
I was so impressed by the written information that I started delving deeper.
So we booked our flights for Sept. 25, from ALB to Hou.
Why we even booked our rental car through Southwest's site, as they had the best deal around.
Couldn't do the Hotel, as we will stay with our son. (maybe next vacation)
We are so looking forward to Houston, NASA (Again a discount through Southwest)
I definitely will report back on our experiences when we return.
I expect that we will be thrilled.
I will tell you that if the experience is anything like talking to customer service we will be made of gold.
