You wouldn’t get a prompt. The way it works is you would get the A list upgrade at the gate and you will automatically be reimbursed on the card.

I've seen where some other airlines give you the option from your flight details to see where the plane is currently. This is helpful. I've not found an easy way to do this within Southwest App. I have to use FlightAware. To do a flight status, you have to know the TO and FROM, which usually one would not know the FROM.

I am not in favor of pets in the cabin and I have a pet. I just imagine lots of noise, potential odors, and several people with allergy reactions.
