This afternoon I attempted to apply for a Southwest Visa card via the telephone. On the first try the line distorted really badly and I couldn't understand the man who answered the phone. On the second try I reached a woman who spoke with very heavily accented English. It was difficult to understand her and I was not sure that she understood me. On the third try it was easier to understand the woman who answered the phone. She explained that the interest rate was %16.9, which is way too high. I beleive that you need telephone operators who can readily communicate with your customers and that you should stop taking advantage of your customers with such a high interest rate.
You are probably missing out on business opportunities.
